JAT refers to the Joint Admission Test, which is conducted by the Delhi University every year in order to select the right candidates for admission in some of its undergraduate programmesb like BMS / BBA (FIA) / B.A. (Honours) Business Economics. These programmes are available at DU’s affiliated colleges. As far as Delhi University JAT 2020 is concerned, it will be conducted for students’ admission in six of its affiliated institutions that offer BMS programmes. The test also admits students to eight other institutions that provide BBA and business economics courses.
While students first go through a written exam, they are also called for a personal interview and group discussion after clearing DU Entrance Exam 2020. The selection criterion involves a weightage of 85% to the written test and 15% to the interview and GD. Candidates wanting to go for the Delhi University JAT 2020 will be able to do so in June 2020. Step 1: JAT is a paper-pencil test that is usually conducted offline. However, candidates will need to fill their application forms in the month of May. However, they need to ensure that they fulfil the university’s eligibility conditions in order to appear in the Delhi University JAT 2020. Step 2: Candidates should confirm their eligibility and possess the mark sheets of their qualifying exam that will have to be produced when called for interview/GD. Students belonging to reserved categories should check that they possess the category certificate too.

Step 4: Candidates should provide all the required details in the online form carefully and correctly. This can be done after online registration. They should make fee payment so the form can be submitted. On successful form submission, they will receive an acknowledgement slip to be carried to complete Delhi University UG admission process.

Delhi University officials will announce JAT cut-off list after the entrance exam is conducted ane results are declared. Further selection process for admission to various undergraduate courses will be done accoring to DU Jat Cut-off list. Most probably, the cut-off list for DU JAT will be announced in the third week of July 2020.
The 2-hour Joint Admission Test contains 120 multiple-choice questions. You get three marks for each correct answer and one negative mark for each incorrect answer. After the result of Delhi University JAT 2020 is declared in July, successful candidates in the merit list can appear in the process of counselling. The counselling will most likely happen in the month of August. Candidates will be allotted a seat according to their performance in the exam and their rank on the final list.
