Earlier, a notification was released to fill up 19,243 vacant posts of clerks in various participating banks list of which is given hereunder.

Those who are applying for the IBPS Clerk VI 2020 should necessarily possess a bachelor’s degree from an institute/ university or equivalent qualification that government of India recognizes. The highest age to apply for the posts of IBPS Clerk VI 2020 is 28 years as on August 1, 2020 for general category. As per the norms, candidates belonging to the reserved categories will get relaxation in the age limit.

For those who want to appear and crack the IBPS Clerk VI 2020, it is but imperative that they know the paper pattern and study accordingly. This computer based exam will have two stages: Preliminary and Main exam after which candidates will be provisionally allotted a seat in the participating banks. We are providing here the paper pattern for prelims and main exam.
IBPS Clerk VI 2020 prelims exam will consist of 100 questions based on Numerical Ability, English and Reasoning Ability. Candidates will be getting only one hour to solve the question paper which is of 100 marks.
IBPS Clerk VI 2020 main exam will comprise of 200 questions based on Quantitative aptitude, Reason, computer knowledge, General Awareness (with reference to banking sector) and English Language. The duration of the IBPS Clerk main exam is two hours and 15 minutes. Each question will car one mark and every wrong answer will deduct .25 marks from the candidate’s score. However, no negative marking will be done for questions that are left without answers.
