The first cut off list for Delhi University has been announced and as expected the benchmark is quiet high. Delhi University received 2,91,819 applications for a total of 54,000 seats. While BA English (Hons) emerged as the most popular course with a total of 90,331 applications, four courses from the science stream made it to the top 10 most favourite courses in Delhi University. The list is based on the number applications received for the courses.

BSc (Hons) Chemistry- 66,987 applications, BSc (Hons) Mathematics- 66,586, BSc (Hons) Physics- 62,585 applications and BSc Computer Science- 56,317, were the four courses that made it to the list. The cut- offs 2015 have been announced and the admissions procedure will start tomorrow, June 26, 2015. Candidates who have not studied the subject they are opted for will suffer a 2.5% deduction in their percentage.
