The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) issued notification for IBPS Clerks 2020 CWE VII on September 06, 2020. The authorities released the notification for IBPS clerks’ recruitment drive for various clerical posts in the participating banks.
Candidates interested in taking IBPS 2020 Clerks Exam can check the notification for above 7,880 posts on the official website of IBPS. Candidates can check IBPS clerks 2020 important dates in the official notification and can fill the online application form for the examination. Candidates applying for IBPS 2020 clerks exam need to pass both the preliminary as well as the main exam to be eligible for the provisional allotment to any of the participating banks.
The online registration process for IBPS Clerks 2020 will start from September 12 and will end on October 3, 2020. Candidates who meet IBPS Clerks 2020 eligibility criteria can apply for the exam by visiting the official website. IBPS clerks’ preliminary exam 2020 will be organized on December 2, 3, 9 and 10, the result for which will be declared in December itself. Candidates who qualify in the preliminary exam need to appear for the main examination on January 21, 2020. Successful candidates will be posted in different participating banks in April 2020.

Those applying for the exam need to know everything about IBPS Clerk 2020 like notifications, exam pattern, syllabus, admit card etc. IBPS Clerk 2020 Preliminary examination will be of one-hour duration where candidates need to solve 100 questions from three sections including English, numerical ability, and reasoning ability. To qualify for the main exam, candidates need to secure minimum cut-off marks decided by IBPS in each section separately.

IBPS Clerk 2020 Main examination will have four sections of 200 marks. In the main examination, candidates will be two hours and 40 minutes to solve 190 questions.

Candidates should be very careful while answering the questions as wrong answer will attract a penalty of negative marking. One-fourth or .25 of the marks assigned to the specific question will be deducted for wrong answer. However, there is no penalty or negative marking for skipping the question completely.
