NATA Result 2020- Result of NATA 2020 will be published by the Council of Architecture in the month of June 2020 after successfully conducting the entrance examination. Candidates can log in and check their respective results on the official website. The merit ranking listing will be made as per the candidate’s performance in the entrance examination of NATA 2020. NATA 2020 entrance examination will be held in the month of April 2020. In order to qualify NATA 2020, the candidates have to score at least 25% in each section. The candidates can also download their score-card along with the results of NATA 2020. Candidates can also check their NATA response sheets just prior to the announcement of the NATA result 2020. They have to apply for rechecking on payment of INR 1000 per question before the specified time i.e. before the announcement of the NATA 2020 result.

How to check NATA Result 2020?

• Candidates have to login by entering their NATA Application Number and Password.
• NATA 2020 result of the respective candidates will be displayed.
• Candidates can check the marks scored out of 200 in each component.
• The percentile score of the candidates will be displayed along with their NATA 2020 merit rank.

Who will qualify NATA 2020?

Candidates must have fulfilled the below-mentioned criteria to qualify in the entrance exam of NATA which is likely to be held in the month of April 2020.

• Candidates who have scored at least 25% in the multiple choice questions. Therefore they must score a minimum of 30 marks out of 120
• Candidates who score at least 25% in the drawing section. Therefore they must score a minimum of 20 marks out of 80
• Overall qualifying marks (out of 200) would be based on post-exam statistics and at the discretion of the Council.

Note: The percentile score of the candidate will be based on their merit ranking as mentioned in the merit list.

How to download NATA Score Card 2020?

The NATA 2020 score card will also be available along with the result and the candidates can download both from the official website.

• After logging in and checking NATA result 2020, the candidates can download their Score Card of NATA 2020 on the official website by clicking the link provided on the screen.
• The Score Card of NATA 2020 will be valid only for a year and will be required to apply for the B.Arch. courses across the various institutes in the country offering the architecture courses.
• After downloading, candidates have to check the details on it for accuracy.

Process of normalization for candidates who have passed NATA in 2020

Candidates who will apply on the basis of their NATA 2020 scores will be awarded a merit rank after normalization of their NATA 2020 scores with respect to NATA 2020. This will only be applicable to be used for counselling and admission.

Inter-se-merit guidelines for NATA 2020 Result

The tie will be resolved using the following guidelines among candidates

• Candidates who have scored more marks in mathematics will be given a higher rank  
• In case of a tie, candidates with less incorrect answers in mathematics will be awarded a higher rank.
• In case of a further tie, candidates who have scored more marks in the Aptitude test will be awarded a higher rank
• A further tie will be resolved by giving the candidate with less number of wrong answers in the Aptitude test component the higher rank
• In case a tie exists in spite of the above guidelines, it will be resolved by awarding the older candidate the higher rank.

How to check your NATA 2020 Response Sheets?

• Before publication of the NATA result, the response sheets of each candidate will be uploaded along with subject wise marks secured in the examination of NATA 2020.
• Candidates can request to recheck their answer sheets by paying INR 1000 per response (Question) within the stipulated period of time. This payment should be made online.
• The Council of Architecture considered all such cases prior to result publication.
• However, candidates have to keep in mind that no review would be available for the drawing test.
• There is no provision for post-publication scrutiny and /or review; therefore, candidates can’t apply for this once the result of NATA is announced.
