Eligibility for SRMEE 2012

• You should be an Indian resident and completed your 10+2 from schools in India.

The eligibility criterion for SRMEE 2012 varies according to courses:

Eligibility for SRMEE 2012 for B.Tech.

• You should have passed 10+2 with minimum 70% in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry  
• You should have passed 10+2 with minimum 70% in Mathematics / Biology, Physics and Chemistry for admission to Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, Biomedical Engineering, Food Process Engineering and Genetic Engineering.

Eligibility for SRMEE 2012 for B.Des.

• You should have scored minimum 70% in 10+2 from a recognised board.

Eligibility for SRMEE 2012 for B. Arch.

• You should have scored minimum 70% in 10+2 with English and Mathematics as subjects of study.
• You should have scored a minimum NATA score of 80 out of 200. 
• You have to fill an application form for admission but you are not required to give separate entrance exam.

Eligibility for SRMEE 2012 for M.Tech.

• You should have scored minimum 60% of marks in B.E. or B.Tech. from a recognised university.

Eligibility for SRMEE 2012 for M.Arch.

• You should have a degree in B.Arch. or equivalent from a recognised university.

Eligibility for SRMEE 2012 for MBA

• You should have scored minimum 60% in bachelor’s degree from a recognised university.

Eligibility for SRMEE 2012 for Postgraduate Program in Management (PGPM)

• You should have scored minimum 60% in bachelor's degree.
• You will be given preference if you have work experience of 1-2 years.

Eligibility for SRMEE 2012 for Postgraduate Program in Retail Management (PGPRM)

• You should have secured minimum 60% in bachelor's degree. Or
• You should have 2 years of professional experience with UG degree.

Eligibility for SRMEE 2012 for MCA

• You should have scored minimum 60% in B.C.A/ B.ES. / B.Sc. Computer Science/ Mathematics/ Physics/ Statistics/ Applied Sciences/ Information Technology/ Computer Technology from a recognised university.
• You should have scored minimum 60% in B.Com. / Bachelor of Bank Management/ B.B.A./ B.L.M./ B.A. (Corporate Secretaryship/ B.A. Economics/ any other bachelor's degree, in any discipline, with Business Mathematics and Statistics or Mathematics/ Statistics at main/ allied level. 
• You should have scored minimum 60% in B.Sc. Chemistry with Mathematics and Physics as allied subjects.
• You should have scored minimum 60% in B.E/ B.Tech. / MBA
• You should have scored minimum 60% in a bachelor's degree in any discipline with Mathematics as one of the subjects in 10+2.
