Eligibility criteria for students applying to Symbiosis Law School, Pune through SET 2014:

• The candidate should pass 10+2 from any recognized board/university with minimum 45% marks.
• For SC/ST candidates the minimum marks required are 40%.
• Students who have appeared for their HSC finals and awaiting results are also eligible.
• Candidate should be less than 20 years of age at the time of appearing for SET as on 3rd May, 2014.
• There is 2 years of relaxation on age limit for SC/ST candidates.

Eligibility criteria for students applying to Symbiosis Institute of Computer Studies and Research through SET 2014:

• Candidates who have passed 10+2 from any stream or equivalent diploma in Engineering/Technology with minimum 50% marks are eligible.
• For SC/ST candidates the minimum required marks is 45%.

Eligibility criteria for students applying to Symbiosis Center for Management Studies, Pune (SCMS UG) through SET 2014:

• A candidate should clear his/her 10+2 from a recognised board/council/university with minimum 50% marks for General (open) category.
• For SC/ST candidates the minimum required marks are 45%.
• A student needs to qualify the SET, Group Exercise and Personal Interview.

Eligibility criteria for students applying to Symbiosis Institute of Health Sciences (SIHS) through SET 2014:

• A student should clear his/her 10+2 with any two of the given subjects: Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Botany, Zoology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Mathematics or equivalent by competent authority.
• For the candidates who have educational qualification and work experience in the above mentioned specialisations, admissions will be given directly to second year, subject to approval of SIU.
• Selection will be done on the basis of marks obtain in class 12th Science/equivalent examination followed by personal interview.

Eligibility criteria for students applying to Symbiosis Institute of Design (SID) through SET 2014:

• Candidate should have passed 10+2 in any stream or equivalent with minimum of 50% aggregate marks obtained in the final examination.
• The candidate should possess creative aptitude and skills necessary to pursue design education as well as adoptability to the situations.
• Candidates with the relevant portfolio would be preferred.

Eligibility criteria for students applying to Symbiosis Institute of Media and Communication UG (SIMC) through SET 2014:

• A candidate should have completed 10+2 in any discipline from any recognised board/council/university with a minimum aggregate of 50%.
• For SC/ST candidates the minimum required aggregate if 45%.
• Applicants expecting their 12th results may also apply. Their admission will be provisional and subject to furnishing a proof.

Eligibility criteria for students applying to Symbiosis School of Economics (SSE) through SET 2014:

• The candidate should have cleared 10+2 from any branch with a minimum aggregate of 50%.
• For SC/ST the minimum aggregate required is 45%.
• The admission will be done on the basis of SET followed by the group discussion and personal interview of the school.

Eligibility criteria for students applying to Symbiosis Institute of Technology (SIT) through SET 2013:

• A candidate should have cleared his/her 10+2 or equivalent examination from any statutory board with 60% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM).
• For SC/ST candidates the minimum required aggregate is 55% in PCM.
• A candidate should also acquire rank in entrance examinations like SET/JEE (Main) or MHCET.

Eligibility criteria for students applying to Symbiosis Law School, Noida through SET 2014:

• The candidate should clear his/her 10+2 examination from any government recognised board with minimum aggregate of 45%.
• For SC/ST candidates the minimum aggregate is 40%.
• Compartment/supplementary students are not eligible to apply to SLS, Noida.
• Candidate awaiting their 10+2 results can also apply.
• Applicants who have 10+2 through Open University system directly without having any basic qualification are not eligible for the professional Law courses.
• Candidates must be less than 20 years of age at the time of appearing for SET as on 3rd May, 2014.
• The age limit is relaxed by 2 years for SC/ST candidates.

Eligibility criteria for students applying to Symbiosis Centre for Management Studies, Noida through SET 2014:

• A candidate needs to clear his/her 10+2 with minimum aggregate of 50%.
• Candidates with compartment are not eligible for admission.
• SET scores are mandatory for applying.

Eligibility criteria for students applying to Symbiosis College of Nursing (SCON) through SET 2014:

• The minimum age for admission of a candidate should be 17 years on or before 31st December of the year of admission.
• The minimum educational requirements shall be the passing of Higher Secondary School Certificate Examination (12 years course), or Senior School Certificate Examination (10+2) or pre-degree examination (10+2) ot equivalent with 12 years of schooling from a recognised board or university with Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) and English with minimum aggregate of 45%.
• For SC/ST candidates the minimum aggregate is relaxed by 5%.
• The candidates shall be medically fit.

Eligibility criteria for students applying to Symbiosis School for Liberal Arts (SSLA) through SET 2014:

• A candidate should clear his/her 10+2 from national/state board while an NRI student should be appearing for 12th examination in India.
• Foreign Nationals, Persons of Indian Origin and NRIs are also eligible.
• Diploma holders of International Baccalaureate (IB) are eligible to apply.
• Students with minimum aggregate of 50% (45% for SC/ST) at 10+2 are also eligible to apply.
