National Institute of Technology Silchar successfully conducted its 5th Alumni Meet on November 1-2, 2014.
Famous as one of the pioneer engineering institutes in India, NIT, Silchar formed in 1967. It was upgraded to the status of an NIT from a Regional Engineering College (REC) in the year 2002.
