Uttar Pradesh Technical University, now renamed as Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, conducts the Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination (UPSEE) for admission of candidates into various undergraduate and post graduate courses. It is a state level examination and the score of UPTU is considered for admission into courses such as B.Tech (Bachelor of Technology), B.Arch (Bachelor of Architecture), B.FAD (Bachelor in Fashion & Design), B.Pharma (Bachelor of Pharmacy), BHMCT (Bachelor of Hotel Management and Catering Technology), MBA (Master of Business Administration), MAM (Masters of Applied Management- a dual degree)), and MCA (Master in Computer Application) that are offered by different colleges and institutes in Uttar Pradesh.

UPTU admit card                                                                                                                 

The UPTU entrance exam will be held in the month of April 2020 and the candidates who have submitted the application form will be given the admit card. The candidates will be able to download the UPTU admit card from the official website of the examination conducting body. The admit card for the same will be available for download a week before the examination. It is vital for students to take a note of the fact that no candidates will be allowed to sit in the examination hall if they fail to furnish the hall ticket at the time of the exam. The admit card will contain the following information:

• Name of the candidate
• Roll number of the candidate
• Application number of the candidate
• Registration number of the candidate
• Photograph of the candidate
• Signature of the candidate
• Exam time
• Exam day
• Exam venue
• Some general instructions for the exam
• Barcode identifier mark

In case there is any discrepancy, the candidates must immediately contact the examination conducting authority. The candidates should ensure that they download the admit card and take a printout of the same. It is mandatory to carry the admit card to the examination hall.
