Jamia Millia Islamia has begun the admission process for its postgraduate programmes. The last date for submission of OMR application forms is May 8, 2014, except courses in the Faculty of Engineering and Technology. The last date for submission of online applications is over. This doesn’t include postgraduate diploma courses for which the last date of submission is May 12, 2014.
The postgraduate programme includes courses in Arabic, Islamic studies, Persian, Urdu, English, history, Hindi, economics, political science, human rights and duties education, public administration, sociology, social work, human resource management, applied psychology, education, educational planning and administration, media governance, conflict analysis and peace building, mass communication, convergent journalism, development communication, visual effects and animation, early childhood development, physics, chemistry, mathematics with computer science, bioinformatics, biosciences, biochemistry, biotechnology, geography, development extension, education, special education, elementary education, painting, sculpture, applied art, art education, graphic art, art history and appreciation, nanotechnology, industrial maths with computer application, law, computer applications, business administration, international business, commerce, physiotherapy (sports and ortho), architecture and ekistics.
The admission to the PG courses will be through an entrance test as per the schedule mentioned in the prospectus.
