Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) is one of the most prominent universities in the country, well-famed for a distinguished list of programs it offers and its infrastucture. AMU came into existence in the year 1920 when Sir Syed Ahmad Khan, a great reformist of his age, sensed the need of advanced education for muslims. Started as a school wayback in 1875, it later became a college under the title of 'Mohammedan Anglo Oriental College' and ultimately became a university - christened Aligarh Muslim University (AMU). To take admission in the Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) for the year 2020 students need to fill an AMU Application Form 2020, which will be accessible online as well as offline and can be filled through the official website of AMU.

Online mode                             

Applicants can pay their fee online for 2020 admissions by using debit card/ credit card or internet banking. Once done, please do not forget to take the printout of the form as a proof.

Offline mode

After examining and reading all instructions in the form, applicants can directly pay their registration fee to the business office of AMU. We also suggest students to secure a print of application form as well.

Eligibility Criteria for taking admission in the above mentioned AMU -2020 programs

As we all Know, AMU has an ample number of programs and each program has its own eligibility criteria and requirements, which will be mentioned in the 2020 application form of AMU. So before filling the application form of AMU-2020, students must read the form and the eligibility criteria and conditions.

• Candidate must have cracked the Aligarh Muslim University Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination or equivalent exams with at least 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and English.
• If an applicant has a Diploma from AMU, with 50% minimum grades are also suitable to apply for AMUEEE.
