Birla Institute of Technology, Patna is all preparing to conduct the upcoming Athletic meet in February. The athletic meet is coming up with variety of sports which will be commencing from coming week of February 2015.
The sport list is quite big. Below is certain of its sample.
Track events (men & women):-
- 100m run
- 200m run
- 400m run
- 800m run
- 1500m run
- 5000 m run
Field events:-
- Shot put
- Discuss throw
- Javelin throw
- High jump
- Long jump
- Triple jump
Team event:-
- 4x100 m relay
- 4x400 m relay
- Tug of war
- March past
Recreational event:-
- Musical chair (women)
- Staff Race (men)
Prize:
- 1st, 2nd and 3rd prizes will be awarded for Track and Field events
- Institute Campion (Girls and Boys)
- 2nd prize will be on points
