The first and foremost step to prepare for BITSAT 2020 is to everything about the exam, be it BITSAT 2020 Important Dates, Exam Pattern, Syllabus, Answer Keys etc. The more you know about the exam, the more confidence you gain to attempt it.

The second step should be the calculation of time you are left with before BITSAT 2020 exam date. Since BITSAT 2020 is going to be held in the month of May 2020, you have a good amount of time to start your preparation for BITSAT 2020.

Discipline is the key! You should prepare a timetable at first and strictly adhere to it. Calculate the number of topics you need to study and the number of days you are left with to divide the equal time for each and every topic asked in BITSAT 2020.

SWOT is mandatory! Analysing your strengths and weaknesses is quite important to prepare for any exam. You should assign spare time for the topics, which need more attention.

Take notes of the important chapters and jot down the important topics/ questions to revise them later on.

Practice makes the man perfect! There are lots of online mock tests, question papers, sample tests available on the internet. Take as many mock tests as you can to get expertise in each subject.

BITSAT 2020 Exam Preparation Important Note:

Most of the times students who are preparing for JEE Main exam make mistake while comparing BITSAT 2020 preparation with JEE Main. Remember, all the topics covered in the BITSAT 2020 exam are not covered in the JEE Main exam. Hence your strategy to prepare for BITSAT 2020 exam must be different from JEE Main preparation.

Since you are aware of BITSAT exam pattern and syllabus, you must know that BITSAT 2020 will contain a large number of questions, which require formulas to solve them. Hence, it is quite important for you to memorise as many formulas as you can.

As BITSAT 2020 exam topics include Chemistry subject, all the chemical reactions and formulas must be on your tips.

Since BITSAT 2020 is more of a mechanical and formula based exam, your fundamentals of Mathematics must be clear.

Speed is the key to ace BITSAT 2020. You should try to solve as many questions as you can in the limited time-period. However, be cautious about the accuracy simultaneously.

There will be negative marking in BITSAT 2020 and your accuracy will play an important role in your BITSAT 2020 result. Therefore, we would advise you to attempt those topics/ questions in which you have a strong hold.

Since there is a time limit, you should be aware of the time you are taking in solving each question. We would advise you not to spend more than a minute per question in the beginning of the exam, as you would need time to solve more questions later on. However, make sure that you would not make any mistake due to haste.

The last but not least; do not panic before or during the exam. Remember, you have practised a lot and have studied everything that can be asked. Hence, be confident!
