Aurora Business School, Telengana conducted a campus placement drive where Berkadia, an Investment and Mortgage Banking company with its headquarters in the USA visited the college for recruitment on 25^th August 2015.

Students of Bachelor of Business Management (BBM), Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance were selected from the college. These students will undergo training with the company over the weekend for a fixed period of time, and if they excel, they will be given a job position with the company. However, it was up to the students to take up the elective or not.

Around 450 students applied for the recruitment process, out of which 120 students were selected. The process started with a written test which was objective as well as subjective in nature, followed by personal interview.

Berkadia, a joint venture of Berkshire Hathaway and Leucadia National Corporation, is an industry leading commercial real estate company providing comprehensive capital solutions and investment sales advisory and research services for multifamily and commercial properties. Berkadia is amongst the largest, highest rated and most respected primary, master and special servicers in the industry.
