If the answer to any of these questions is YES then you can join the B.Tech./B.S. course in Innovation (with Mathematics & IT) being offered by the Cluster Innovation Centre (CIC) of the Delhi University.

The University of Delhi has set up the Cluster Innovation Centre (CIC) with the objective of fostering an ecosystem of innovation and connecting research with application for the benefit of society. The CIC aims to support application oriented research to solve real world problems by developing ideas into innovative applications that can be commercialized successfully. The CIC will focus on developing affordable innovations that reach a large number of people and at the same time are commercially viable to be sustainable and relevant.

Eligibility Criteria for Admission to the B.Tech/ B.S Course of DU:

• A school leaving (Class XII or equivalent) certificate with minimum aggregate of o 60% in 4 subjects for general category students with mathematics as one of the four subjects.

54% in 4 subjects for OBC students
55% in 4 subjects for PH students
Pass marks for SC/ ST students

• You should be currently enrolled in any regular full time programme of study at the University of Delhi.

Admission Process to the B.Tech/ B.S Course of DU

• Written Test with multiple choice questions (two hours duration)
• Interview of the short listed students
• Number of Seats: 40 (reservation as per University norms)
• Last date for submission of form: Friday, 13 July 2012
• Date of the Entrance Examination: Sunday, 22 July 2012

Collect the form from June 26, 2012 between 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Monday – Friday) from the office of Cluster Innovation Centre, Rugby Sevens Building 3rd Floor, University Stadium (North Campus), New Delhi – 110007. (Phone: 27666702)

The completed form should be submitted in person only at Cluster Innovation Centre, Rugby Sevens Building, University Stadium, 3rd between 10.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. (from Monday - Friday).

All applications must be accompanied by a demand draft of Rs. 500/- (For general and OBC category) and Rs. 250/- (only for SC and ST category), in favour of, Registrar, University of Delhi, payable at the SBI, Delhi & a photocopy of the college identity card or original fee receipt
