This fest comprised of all kind of cultural, musical, dramatic and informal events. The huge gathering of students from over 120 colleges made the OAT a major attraction. The backdrop of the stage was a finest work done by the fine art club students. It clearly depicted the theme of confluence – the celebration of life in all different colours.
All the student clubs gave their contribution with full of enthusiasm. Many known brands such as PEPSI, DEVINE CITY etc. sponsored for the fest. As the name confluence itself has a meaning of gathering, so a large no. of participants and spectators arrived from the various colleges across India and there was gathering of about 15-20 thousand.
The fest began with the inauguration of 3 hours with the Chief Guest Dr. Kiran Seth, the founder of SPIC MACAY, which includes the Manipuri performance.

On the second day, nukkadnatak, group dance and choreography competition spread colours in the air and left the crowd spellbound with the hypnotic effect.
On March 1, everything was going so well except when it started drizzling around 5pm. The stalls from the AE lawn had to be emptied immediately and the excitement level lowered down but soon again the weather was clear. At Star Night event in which EUPHORIA Band visited for entertainment, continuous rain for more than 2 hours though spoiled the mood of the crowd but soon after the rain ceased and the EUPHORIA was successful in regaining the enthusiasm of the students. The night was dark and the music was loud, and everyone was full of excitement.
Finally there was valedictory of Confluence on March 2 at 5 P.M. in Jubilee Hall and fest came to an end with prize distribution by President of Student's Club Dr. S.N. Sachdewa.
This way the confluence ended on a positive note.
