CT Institute of Hotel Management is delighted to announce that it will host the
“Young Chef of Punjab-2020” to recognize the budding talent and excellence around the state.
CTIHM is conducting this event in collaboration with Punjab Kesari so that event could get bigger coverage and to showcase Punjab Hospitality in national level.
“Young Chef of Punjab-2020” is a culinary competition which is organized by the CT Institute of Hotel Management, Jalandhar at Major Cities of Punjab namely Jalandhar, Ludhiana, Amritsar and Chandigarh. With support from the Ministry of Tourism, Punjab, it aims at spotting budding talent at the high school level. Students with a flair for cooking are eligible to take part in the event. The preliminary round of the competition is to be held in Jalandhar, Ludhiana, Amritsar and Chandigarh.
The finalists are eligible for participating in Chef of Punjab-2020 directly, where they take part in the final culinary battle in the presence of expert chefs. Most of the well-known chefs agree that narrowing down on the finalist is a challenge. The primary aim of this competition is to promote cooking as a life skill and stimulating an interest in cooking among the students.
