NL Dalmia Institute of Management Studies & Research continues to prove their talent and legacy of keeping their flag high in a national level finance competition conducted by Nirma University.
The Nirma University witnessed notable participations from across the country in its level finance competition. Entitled as Quotient F, it was a finance competition comprised of four rounds in which a multitude of teams sent their registrations for participation.
Stock Mind was the first round, which was also an elimination round, in which participants were given a portal to play “stock mind” with a whopping virtual amount of Rs 15 Lacs. This round was held across 4 days. 14 teams from round one made it to the subsequent rounds.
Financial Crossword with Connecting Quiz & Financial Quiz which were the succeeding rounds, witnessed a face off from IIM-A, NIRMA University, Symbiosis, Welingkars, Chetna, PUMBA, Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India, NL Dalmia Institute of Management Studies & Research amongst others on 5th December 2015 at Nirma University’s campus.
The rigorous face off led to six teams counter signing the finale round of case study presentation. All the teams’ brain stormed and used their financial know-how to put forth their views on the given case based on the restructuring of loans. Top industry professionals were invited to give their judgement and select the top two teams.
Both the positions were stolen hands down by adept teams representing NLDIMSR. Mr.Harshil Doshi &Mr. Faisal Shaikh won the top position whereas Mr. Varun Parmar & Dhruv Goradia bagged the second position and proved their Quotient Talent in Quotient F.
