Deutsche Bank had marked its presence at Indira College of Commerce and Science – Pune, recently to conduct a placement derive for the Graduation final year students from different streams like B. Com, BBA, BBM-IB, B. Sc-IT.

More than 100 students were eligible to attend the campus recruitment process. The Deutsche team had its introduction seminar to all students in college auditorium and briefed the students about the bank, its selection process, and the benefits that they get from the banking sector.

Selection process

Aptitude test (basic quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning and basic English grammar)
Short Essay Writing
Personal Interview

Result:

After the process of filtering and scrutinizing, the Deutsche Bank Team had more than 30 students from various streams, majority of which were of B.Com and BBA.

Training period & salary offered:

3 months of training will be provided the 30 joinees in which they will be paid Rs 13000 p.m.
A final written test will be conducted after the internship by the Internal Mechanism of the bank. Permanent employment will be depend on the performance in the exam
