• Students must be domiciled in the State of West Bengal
• Family income of the students must be less than Rs.2.50 lakhs from all sources

• In case of students getting full free studentship: Entire tuition fees to be waived
• In case of students getting half free studentship: Half of the amount of the existing tuition fees has to be paid
• In both the cases, the students are to pay university registration fees, examination fees and all other existing fees other than tuition fees.
