Some of the students are, although, approaching the college authority to allow them to stay in the hostel for summer training. Considering their request it has been decided that the students willing to stay, may allowed from June 15- July 15, 2014, on payment of Rs. 3000/- in the Accounts branch.
Since the hostels and other facilities will remain under renovation during summer, students are requested to be careful about below given instructions:

Hostels will remain closed from June 15 to commencement of next session 2014-15. Mess facilities will also remain suspended during this period

All students will have to stay only in one hostel (Boys and Girls separately)

Electricity will be available only when grid supply in there. Electricity in no case will be restored through DG

The students will make their own arrangement for food

Students will maintain proper discipline. Any act of indiscipline will lead to cancellation of hostel facility during summer

Respective wardens will submit the list of students willing to avail hostel for Summer training along-with status of their payment in Accounts section, to the office of Chief Warden. No students will be allowed t stay in hostel without parior payment and submit receipt in support thereof

The security staff as well as the Warden will take round during night and ensure that only those students stay in the hostel whose details have been submitted and approved. Outsiders are not allowed to stay.
Students can stay in the hostel after depositing the amount at accounts section.
