It was a matter of great pride and honour for the The Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India University, Jharkhand (ICFAI University) for bagging the award for "University of the year for Excellence in Values-based-Education"
The award conferred on March 15, 2015 at Capitol Hill Hotel was presented by Mr. Anand Kumar to Prof. O.R.S Rao, Vice-Chancellor of the university. Speaking on the occasion Prof. Rao indicated the necessity of "Value-based Education" and importance of recognizing "Students of Values".
The university also recognizes "Teachers of Value" who demonstrated the core values of the university and acted as role models for others.
Mr. Kumar a renowned mathematician and founder of the Super-30 appreciated the efforts of the university nurturing and inculcating "values" among its students.
