• Welcome ceremony on December 11, 2014
• Sh. Girish Shankar, Additional Secretary, Ministry of Tourism consented as Guest of Honour
• The students of “Hunar Se Rozgaar” of the institute presented a spectacular performance to welcome all the participating teams
• The evening was a melodious affair with the breathtaking performances from girls from STOP- A Delhi based NGO striving for causes like women empowerment and child labour, Mr. Pranay Chhabria, an alumnus of the institute and Ms. Sharvani Shivapuri and their troupe

December 12: the gala event

• Inaugurating the event Chief guest of the day- Sh. Jual Oram Ji, Hon’ble Union Cabinet Minister, Ministry of Tribal Affairs, Government of India declared the fest open. He appreciated the IHM Pusa’s effort to bring the all IHMs in one roof which by any means will increase the opportunities in hospitality sector
• The evening was a splendid one with Kathak performance by Padamshri Guru Shovana Narayan Ji enchanting everyone with her graceful performance

December 13 the theme dinner party:

• The day was devoted to Red and Black Theme inspired by the annual carnival of Goa, which had a host of delectable dishes and stimulating mocktails to offer to the guests
• Dance performances on Flamenco and Cancan by the students of IHM Pusa to enthral the audiences
• Added attraction was of the melodious performance by CRPF band

December 14: The Closing ceremony

• A magnificent closing cum awards ceremony was organized on the eve of 14th December, 2014 with Dr. Lalit K. Panwar, Secretary, Ministry of Tourism, Government of India as the chief guest for the final day who appreciated the contribution of the institute in hospitality education and announced to arrange additional land for the new campus at Dwarika.
• The extravaganza had the theme “Nirbhaya-The One Who Dares” as their cynosure for all the performances, commemorating the second anniversary of the brutal death of Delhi’s Braveheart. The last power-packed performance of Durga slaying Mahisasura by the students of IHM Pusa won the most applauds

Rising star:

• Institute of Hotel Management, Jaipur begs the Championship Trophy
• The winning teams of the other ten competitions were also felicitated with plaques, medals and scrolls of honor
