The Indian Institute of Art and Design (IIAD) has announced the IIAD Design Aptitude Test (iDAT) 2020 exam dates for admission to courses such as Fashion Design, Interior Design, Architecture and  Design and Communication Design.

The application process for the same had started from October 12, 2015 and the last date of submission of complete application forms at IIAD, both offline and online is April 30, 2020.

Who is eligible to Apply for iDAT 2020?

The applicant should have passed 10+2 in any discipline from CBSE/ISC/IB (or any other equivalent Board). The candidates who have appeared for the examination and are awaiting their results can also apply.

Applicant Evaluation Process:

The IIAD Design Aptitude Test (iDAT)

A comprehensive personal interview session along with portfolio assessment before the panel of art and design professionals is done.

The candidates who have applied for Interior Architecture and Design are shortlisted on the basis of their score in NATA and are exempted from the iDAT written test.
