Indian Institute of Management, Amritsar successfully hosted the most anticipated HR conclave 'Yukti' on September 8, 2020 in the presence of industrial icons and students, who gathered to discuss the latest trends of the industry.
The theme of the conclave was 'Contemporary HR: Fostering Organizational Creativity & Innovation'. The eminent leaders from various industries came together in this platform to discuss the role of HR as the driving force to fuel the need for innovation & creativity.
The event kick started with the lightening the lamp by the chief guest Mr. Vinay Kumar, CEO, Datawise followed by a welcome address presented by Prof. Surya Prakash Patil, IIM Kozhikode. In his speech, Mr. Prakash emphasised on the need to create a platform between the business and academia so that students can learn, assimilate, grow and enter the corporate world wiser and more confident. After the address, the 1st newsletter of Stratagem - Strategy and Consulting Club, IIM Amritsar was unveiled.
