The last date for submitting online applications for the Joint Admission Test (JAM 2015) for M.Sc. has been extended to October 16, 2014.

The exam is jointly conducted by the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) and the Indian Institute of Science Bangalore (IISc).

JAM is meant for providing admission to Integrated Ph.D. Degree Programmes at IISc and M.Sc. (Two Years), Joint M.Sc.-Ph.D., M.Sc.-Ph.D. Dual Degree, M.Sc.-M.Tech., M.Sc.-M.S.(Research)/Ph.D. Dual Degree and other Post-Bachelor’s Degree Programmes at IITs.

How to Apply

• Candidates can apply online by clicking here!

• Candidates can pay the application fee either online or through challan via State Bank of India.

• The challan payment should be made in cash at any SBI branch latest by October 13.

Closure of online application procedure: October 16, 2014 (Thursday)

What is New?

• The Organizing Institute for JAM 2015 is IIT Guwahati

• JAM 2015 examination will be a Computer-Based Test (CBT) for all Test Papers.

• All the seven Test Papers of JAM 2015 will be of fully objective type

• Candidates have to apply ONLINE only.

• The documents (if applicable) are to be uploaded to the online application website only. The Organizing institute will not accept hardcopies of documents (except challan).

• Score card will be available for download on JAM 2015 website.
