An Intructional Workshop on ''Gene Expression Analysis'' was conducted by Acharya Narendra Dev College, Delhi University. It was held between March 7-9, 2015 at the college campus itself.

Gene Expression is a highly complex and regulated process. The workshop focussed on Gene Expression Analysis of microarray and RNAseq data. Bright and motivated students pursuing Science, Engineering or Technology courses took part. Students with an interest in Biological Sciences and basic computational knowledge benefitted from the workshop.

Hands on Computational Sessions included:

• Gene Expression Data Analysis of Illumina Data Using R/Bioconductor
• Comparative Analysis of a Microbial Transcriptome
• Visualization of High Througput Expression Data Results
• Functional Analysis of Gene List
