MGM Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology, Aurangabad will organize “Kashmiri Food Festival "Dawat e Wzawan” at its multi cuisine restaurant “The Salt” from November 24-28, 2014 This food festival would highlight the delicacies, culture, and other various specialities of Kashmir for the residents of the city.
The ambience of Kashmir is created for the guests who would be visiting this one of its kind festival where they would find the students welcoming the guests in traditional Kashmiri attire. The menu includes the various famous delicacies of Kashmir along with various accompaniments and not to forget the likes of Saffron & Dry Fruit Phirnee as desserts from this city.
The major attraction of the festival apart from the menu remains in the ambience where the guests walking in would find famous “Lal Chowk Bazaar” with famous pashmina, punchus, artefacts, wooden carvings articles and much more has also been organized.
And not to forget a special stall of “KAHWA CHAI” of Kashmir which is the best after meal drink is arranged.
The students of the college would be showcasing the culture dance of Kashmir for which they are rehearsing with full euphoria.
