A National Seminar on 'Research Methodology in Present Scenario' was held on May 9, 2015 at Dewan Institute of Management Studies, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh.

Research plays an important role in the development of the country through quantum of knowledge generated and by providing solutions to critical problems in different areas. The seminar aimed at providing a platform to brin together researchers, academicians, scholars and students across Indian, to exchange and share the systematic learning approach qualitative and quantitative research and the use of proper research methodology.

Objectives of the seminar:

• To develop research and analytical skills among researchers.
• To understand the application of right tools and techniques while conducting a research.
• To build up the art of writing research papers and research proposals

About Dewan Institute of Management Studies:

The institute aims to create a plethora of professional managers, who would render their service for the growth and development of the industry. It is affiliated to U.P. Technical University, Lucknow and is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), to conduct high standards of education in management at both under-graduate and post-graduate level.
