• Understand and analyze required skill sets from the clients end
• Resume sourcing, use of job boards, social media.
• Resume formatting and CRM
• Cold calling – Inbound and Outbound calls 
• Screening, Interviewing and Processing
• Building rapport with the candidates
• Closely working for the onsite requirements IT and Non-IT requirements.
• Understanding of VISA and TAX terms of the US (good to have)
