As per the circular published by Regional Institute of Management and Technology (RIMT-IET), the students of 7th semester B. Tech will begin their new session from July 28, 2014.
After the results being declared back on July 18, 2014, the students are all geared to attend their last and final year of their undergraduate degree.
The colleges will reopen for the final year students amid high emotional and motivational scenario. In one case where teachers and students will be giving their all out performance with the aim of getting students placement, there will also be a slight sorrow of seeing the end of bonds that were made among teachers and students themselves.
While the classes of lower semester engineering students have already begun the students who are entering the final year were given a longer vacation so that students can gain additional skills which otherwise were not included in University syllabus.
In this two months summer vacations the college also held special training classes for a selected number of students under the name of "Achiever's club". The aim of Achievers' club was to polish the skills of students under both technical and no-technical fields. Specialists were hired to enhance the communication skills of students of all branches.
