Department of Chemical Engineering, Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra conducted a TEQIP PHASE -II sponsored One Week Short Term Training Programme (STTP) on Analysis of Composite Materials on January 19-23, 2015.

Introduction to composite materials
Raw materials Fabrication of composite from macro to nano
Thermal analysis (DSC and TGA)
Mechanical and Dynamic mechanical analysis (UTM and DMA)
Morphological analysis (SEM and AFM)
Modelling of materials processing & optimisation
