How to apply for UGAT 2012?
You can apply both ONLINE & OFFLINE for UGAT 2012:

Offline Application: You can obtain the UGAT 2012 application form along with the UGAT bulletin by doing a cash payment of Rs 450/- at the listed branches of Bank of Baroda, listed Study Centres of AIMA or from AIMA, Lodhi Road New Delhi

Online Application:

1. Applying for UGAT 2012 Online:

Click here to apply online for UGAT 2012. You are required to obtain a Demand Draft for Rs.500/- drawn in favour of 'All India Management Association' payable at New Delhi , in advance. This is because you have to provide certain details from the Demand Draft at the time of online registration.
Fill out the online form, submit it online. An auto-generated Registration Number will be allotted to you. After taking the print out of the filled-out application form, affix your passport size photograph in the space provided and attach the Demand Draft with the print version of application.

Note: You must keep an additional copy of the application form for all future reference.

2. Sending the Application form to AIMA

Make a set of the following documents:
1. Print out of the filled online UGAT Registration Form with auto-generated Registration No. with your photograph affixed and duly signed.
2. On the back of Demand Draft please fill the following details

• Your Name
• Auto-generated Registration Number

And send these documents to:

Manager-UGAT,
All India Management Association,
Centre for Management Services,
Management House, 14 Institutional Area,
Lodhi Road, New Delhi 110 003

Note: Forms received after the last date (4thMay 2012) will be rejected.

3. Selecting 5 Colleges where your UGAT 2012 Scores need to be sent

Once AIMA receives your application form, it will mail you the UGAT bulletin containing the profiles of participating management institutes (to the address you mention in the UGAT application form). You should then identify 5 institutes where AIMA should send your UGAT 2012 scores. Keep visiting this link (up to the date of UGAT 2012 exam) to fill in this detail about the 5 institutes.

4. Downloading of Admit Card for UGAT 2012

• Click here to download your UGAT 2012 admit card seven days before the date of the test.
• You will need your UGAT Registration Number (Auto-generated number in case of Online Registration) to access your admit card.
• Take the printout of Admit Card. The admit card will have your Roll Number and Test Centre Address. No separate Admit Card will be issued.
• Affix on your Admit Card two similar photographs.
• Get the Photographs on the Admit Card attested by any Gazetted Officer or Head of the Institute / College from where you have graduated or will graduate.
• You need to produce your duly completed ‘UGAT Admit Card’ at the test centre for appearing in the test. (The admit card will be verified and signed by the invigilator during the test. The upper half of the admit card will be collected by the invigilator and the lower half will be handed over to the candidate.)
