• The candidate should be LL.M with good academic record and specialization on in Business and Corporate Law, Intellectual Property Law, International Law, Taxation Law, International Commercial Arbitration
• Moreover, preference would be given to the candidates having Ph. D and UGC NET qualification. 
• The Experience for having worked in reputed academic institutions will be a value addition for the candidate.
• Minimum qualification for selection of Associate Professor/Professor/Asst. Professor will be as per UGC norms.
