VIT University will conduct VIT Master's Entrance Examination (VITMEE-2014) on 7th and 8th June, 2014 for admission to its MCA and M.Tech programmes for the academic session 2014-15.

Candidates can take admission either in the Chennai or Vellore campus for the session commencing in 2014.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidates should have graduated with a full-time degree in the relevant discipline from any recognized University with a minimum aggregate of 60% for MCA and 50% for M.Tech. degree programmes.
• Consistent Record in X and XII Std is required.
• Candidates appearing for their final degree exam/final semester exam in the current year are also eligible to apply.
• Candidates should have completed their final Semester/year exams before the selection interview at VIT University.
• It is compulsory for candidates who are selected to produce their final year marks’ statement and Provisional degree certificate before August 15th, 2014, failing in this attempt will lead to the cancellation of the admission.

Exam Pattern:

The computer based test (CBT) question paper consists of 110 questions, with a maximum of 100 marks. There is no negative marking for the wrong answers.
 

Selection Procedure:

Candidates will be selected on the basis of their VITMEE 2014 scores and interview conducted by the university.
