Academy of Technology (AOT) was commenced in the year 2003 & known as one of the most praised self financed engineering colleges in West Bengal. It's Trustee College, which is fully managed by Ananda Educational Development & Charitable Organisation (AEDCO), a trust under the chairmanship of Prof. Jagannath Banerjee, an alumnus of IIT Kharagpur and IIM Calcutta. AOT has completed its glittering 12 years but the slake is still continues for improvement, exploring new pedagogy for the field of engineering and technology etc. College imparts undergraduate & postgraduate programmes for its learners. All programmes of the college are approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) affiliated to West Bengal University of Technology. The objective of the college is to become career destination for all the young minds by imparting advanced knowledge and attractive placement for all its students. The academic excellence and entrepreneurship awareness is the main objective of this institute.

  • The library of the college is well constructed spread in an over area of 6800 sq. ft. The library of the college has bountiful resources, well stocked with 45292 volumes of text books and reference books and more than 4240 titles on all relevant subjects 290 national and international journals and proceedings from IEEE magazines, back volumes of periodicals and national dailies are available in the Central Library.
