Arafa Medical Mission Hospital & School of Nursing is Indian Nursing Council (INC) and Kerala Nurses and Midwives Council (KNMC). The School offers General Nursing and Midwifery Course. The nursing department functions hand in hand with other healthcare agencies in assisting individuals, families and communities to achieve and maintain desirable standards of health. Since nurses play a major role in maintanance of health care, the training should equip them with professional expertise to meet the changing trend and demands of the society and their expanding role therein. The priliminary works for a College of Nursing offering B.sc in Nursing is on schedule , expected commissioning in the academic year 2010-11 : Affiliated to Kerala University , Approved by INC & KNMC, with an annual intake of 50 students.
