Placement

Training and placement cell is an integral part of our institution. The institute has provided the complete infrastructure for effective functioning of the cell. The cell is sensitized to function all through the year towards generating placement and training opportunities for the students. Training activities are organized throughout the year in an effort towards preparing the prospective students for the students for the campus selection programs.

Reputed industrial houses are visiting our institute for the campus recruitment programs during this academic year 2011-2012. Our pioneering efforts have born fruits in achieving academic industrial rapport and we are proud that our are absorbed by leading giants in the industrial firmament. The placement cell coordinates quiet well with the corporate sector and provides well developed infrastructure to facilitate the campus selection programs.

The placement and training cell is intensely concentrating the following regular activities:

•   Pre placement Training programs is being conducted to all final year students focused towards soft skills and technology which are relevant to their core subjects.
•   Regular aptitude test practices.
•   Group discussion rehearsal.
•   Mock Interviews
•   Communication skills preparation (using top class language software like ROSSETA STONE, TEL ME MORE & CLARITY).
•   As a conclusion placement department is functioning with the commitment to determine placement every year in every department.

The placement and Training cell function with the primary aim of placing students in top-notch companies even before they have completed their courses. The placement and training cell goes all out to train the students to meet the high industry expectation.

TPC is an integral part of the institute. The institute has provided complete infrastructure for effective functioning of the cell. The various activities, which are being undertaken regularly for placement of the students, entrepreneurship awareness & development programmes, personality development programmes etc… are conducted by inviting lecturers from institution and other Industries. The placement and training cell act as an interface between the students and industries is dedicated to help the students towards their campus placement and industrial training.
