Baselios Mathews II College of Engineering is a self financed institute affiliated to University of Kerala. The college offers Bachelor of Technology course. To establish and manage a professional institution, which promotes academic excellence in students for meeting the ever-growing demand of employing agencies in India and abroad. At BMCE the students learn to reach their full potential by deepening their understanding of Engineering while exploring and integrating their interest in other disciplines. Good Engineering transcends technical boundaries and good engineers act more fluidly across disciplines. Students are encouraged to make the most of BMCE’s size and depth by participating in as many leadership and development opportunities as possible.

  • College has well furnished Classrooms.

Laboratory

  • Air Conditioned Computer Centre with 202 systems and peripherals are ready. Most of the systems are connected by LAN. Licensed software’s are installed. Full time internet facility for students and staff. The labs are fully furnished with necessary equipments. The labs are fully furnished with necessary equipments. All required facilities for the first year students are provided.

Library

  • Around 5000 books and required periodicals are available. Reading room provides facilities for 50 occupants at a time. The library is open from 8.45 am to 5p.m. On all working days. Students are encouraged to contribute at least one book to the school library. Each student is expected to make full use of the school library. A digital library is a library in which collections are stored in digital formats and accessible by computers. The digital content may be stored locally, or accessed remotely

Hostel

  • Hostels for boys and girls are provided.

ExtraCurricular

  • The College has a very active Arts and Sports Club. Arts Club organizes annual arts fest during the second half of the Academic Year. The students are categorized into four legions – Athenians, Macedonians, Spartons and Trojans, so as to organize a highly competitive arts fest. The Sports Club conducts Annual Sports which is a 3-day programme venued at the College.Technical fests are being conducted by the association of each department every year.
