Behala College was established with the mission of imparting undergraduate level education among the people of the region. The College came into being with a mission to provide higher education to the students as well as to the poorer and deprived sections of the people of the area. The goal of the College is to provide an education that integrates curricular knowledge with value education and need-based training. The vision of an institution increasingly more self-reliant as well as attractive and useful to the students an institution properly combining the contemporary worlds of interdisciplinary knowledge with the age-old fundamentals of conventional wisdom.
