IITM has an immaculate record of achieving good placements every year. Placement activity of BIITM has been faring spectacularly, breaking all the previous records both in terms of numbers and pay packages. BIITM provides total business solution, where the business houses recruit a future business leader who lives by the value of excellence and integrity. Placement team, Student volunteers and faculty members stay in close touch with the recruitment team during campus process. BIITM provides the requisite infrastructure including audio-visual systems, multiple conference rooms and syndicate rooms to carry out pre-placement talks, GDs and Interviews.

The highest salary package for the year 2016 has gone up to 6.00 laks per annum. In the current year the total 59 companies visited BIITM campus and 201 offered were generated. BIITM again holds a record of excellent placement since its inception.
