C. U. Shah Arts College, one of the thirty-eight educational units of GLS is located close to the Siddi Saiyed mosque, a centuries old architectural and cultural monument. In 1976, it received a huge donation from the C. U. Shah family and was named as C. U. Shah Arts College. This co-ed. morning college with a three-storeyed building is known for its insistence on quality education and observing strict standards in matters of discipline and regular attendance. The college is affiliated to Gujarat University. It offers courses in Arts.
