K.L.E. Society's Chidanand B. Kore polytechnic is one of three Polytechnics established by the society during the year 1984-85 fulfilling the long standing demand of people belonging to this socially and economically backward area. This polytechnic was named as "K.L.E. Society's Chidanand B. Kore polytechnic" in memory of late Shri. Chidanand B. Kore, Ex-Chairman of K.L.E. Society. Three year Diploma courses are offered in the polytechnic in 6 disciplines.
