College of Engineering, Kidangoor(CEK), Kottayam is one among the premier institutions in the state. The college is governed by the Co-operative Academy of Professional Education established by the Government of Kerala. The College is affiliated to Cochin University of Science and Technology (CUSAT) and All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). The admissions are as per the list forwarded by the Controller of Entrance Examinations, Kerala and functioning of the college is as per the rules and regulations formulated by the Government of Kerala and CAPE.

Classroom

  • All classroom well furnished and fully air conditioned.

Laboratory

  • 1. P.C. Hardware Lab : This Lab is well equipped with latest computer systems of different configuration for the purpose of training students. The lab is equipped with more than 12 new branded and 10 old computers. Computers are based on Intel and AMD processors like 8086, 80386,80486, PIII, Celeron and Duron. Motherboards of different types for testing purpose and advanced peripherals like different types of Printers, Scanners, Modems, CDD etc are also available in the Hardware laboratory.

Library

  • College has a full-fledged Library and Information Center, which provides wide range of reading and reference materials to the students. The library has a collection of over 9000 volumes of books, 17 technical national and 17 international journals, 4 popular periodicals and 6 National dailies now. We are maintaining a valuable collection of Reference books in all branches of Engineering. The reference section is having 3000 volumes of valuable reference books and the lending section is having 6

Hostel

  • A number of hostels for both boys and girls, with good quality food and amenities are available near the College. The facilities available for boys and girls at present are adequate. Private owners manage these hostels and the Parent Teachers Association (PTA) of the College closely monitors their functioning.
