College of Forestry and Hill Agriculture is a part of Govind Ballabh Pant University of Agriculture and Technology. The college offers Under graduate and Post graduate degree programm. The College of Forestry and Hill Agriculture at Ranichauri was established on the basis of MOU between the Government of India and Government of Uttar Pradesh in 1972 (formally inaugurated in 1976).  It has the major responsibility of generating technology in agriculture and allied fields for hilly areas.
