D.B.S. (PG) College was established in the memory of great Saint Maharishi Swami Dayandand Saraswati and Dr. Brijendra Swarup, M.A., LL.B., LL.D. It was brought up under the guidance and blessings of Dr. (Late) Virendra Swarup, the Chairman of U.P. Legislative council and renowned personality. It is being managed by Shri Jagendra Swarup, the magnanimous Secretary, Board of Management of the College for the last four decades. The college has privilege to be nurtured by dedicated Principals such as Dr. Mata Baksh Srivastava, Dr. T. Singh, Dr. Ram Mohan Singh, Dr. B. B. Raizada and now by a vibrant & visionary Principal Dr. O.P. Kulshreshta.
