Department of Agricultural Extension Madurai, is affiliated by Tamil Nadu Agricultural University. The department has a mission to elevate the department in to a centre of excellence in Agricultural Extension research and education through harnessed efforts of faculty and students and to strive for the establishment of centre for farm women studies and participatory technology development cell as a platform for scientists and farmers interaction on a sustainable basis.
