Department of Arabic is the part of Aligarh Muslim University. The department offers courses Doctor of Philosophy, Master of Arts, Bachelor of Arts and Master of Philosophy. The department successfully managed to give coverage to all the literary periods, areas, genres and issues as well as literary endeavors of orientalists and critical edition of old Arabic manuscripts.
