Department has organized many seminars, workshops and management youth festivals. Department has produced about 25 Ph.D.s and the students have successfully been placed in number of Multinational and National organizations like Reliance, Escorts, Hindustan Unilever, Asian Paints, Hero Honda, Cipla Limited, Videocon, ICICI etc. Quality teaching and research is the watchword of the department. In terms of facilities the department is one of the best equipped in the state. L.C.D. projectors, Overhead projectors, Lap tops, Computer laboratory with 60 terminals internet access to students and host of Audio-Visual aids are used. The department is amongst one of the 10 nodal centers of the country for providing entrepreneurship development program for ‘Khadi and Village Industry’ and ‘Small Scale Industry’. Eminent professionals and academicians have visited and delivered lectures in the department.
