Department of Chemistry is one of the oldest postgraduate Departments and its establishment when the status of Kurukshetra University was raised to a multi faculty institution. The department offers education in the field of Chemistry. Department of Chemistry, Kurukshetra University is approved by the UGC and NAAC.

Classroom

  • All the classrooms of the Department of Chemistry, Kurukshetra University are well furnished with all modern facilities.

Laboratory

  • Four classrooms & thirteen labs are available in the department for M.Sc. classes and research purposes, one computer room with 10 computers. Every teacher has been provided with a computer, one library with carpet area 60’×27’ with a seating capacity of 30 persons.

  • The department have a big library about 550 new books have been added to the departmental library.
